SCHOOL OBSERVATION 

As part of the "Unnathi" program, specific benchmarks have been established to attain the necessary competencies in each subject. These benchmarks encompass teaching standards in both language and non-language subjects, ranging from the first language to social science. These guidelines can be invaluable for Head Masters when evaluating classroom performance. Additionally, Head Masters should pay close attention to how teachers conduct the Teaching-Learning Process within each subject. It is incumbent upon Head Masters to ensure that the teaching standards outlined in this manual are diligently adhered by the teachers.
